Meet our Charcutiers

Cured by the Sea is a family owned business operated out of Boynton Beach, FL. Parker and Olivia Borris have two children and love their small beachside community. By trade, Parker is a Firefighter and Paramedic. Olivia has spent nearly a decade in the Health and Wellness industry in business management and leadership. The two have a passion for hosting, cooking, baking, and creating beautiful spreads.  A few years ago, Olivia started doing spreads and boards while hosting guests at her home for bible study. Family members began asking her to do spreads for their larger events and she realized this was something she not only was talented at, but loved doing. She specializes in luxury, upscale events but believes any and all events can truly be spectacular.
